Q: Why don't you immediately pack up and ship kydex orders?
A: Every piece of gear we sell is individually hand made. The process itself is very involved up until the point it is hand fitted then packed up for shipping.
Q: I've seen holsters for less than 20 bucks, why pay so much more for yours?
A: To be honest if your the type of buyer that is attracted to a 20 dollar product such as that then maybe that is more suited to your tastes, and there is nothing wrong with that. HOWEVER we strive to make the best hand made products for those who honor us with the task of constructing durable equipment at absolute top tier craftsmanship levels. We concentrate on making the best products for those that demand the best, not converting bargain hunters into connoisseurs.
Q: Will a kydex holster scratch my gun?
A: The short answer is yes, it could. If that's a major concern then I suggest not using the gun, or even getting it out of the box. Basically anything aside from just admiring the gun from distance could potentially cause wear to the finish. What you want is a trophy case not a holster.
Q: I'm a new shooter but I don't want to be that noob with crappy newb gear. What do you recommend?
A: We recommend a number of good pieces of gear that you can use and continue to use as you grow in skillset. Money well spent in the right areas right here, ready? Okay good here goes.. 1: Good quality, solid construction, Rigid, EDC/Shooters belt. 2: Equally well made hard goods (Holster, magazine holders), and 3: A good instructor to show you how to get the most out of what you do have and help build your skill sets.
Q: Why are some color options more expensive than others.
A: Easy answer, its a trickle down effect. Certain materials cost me more so in turn it costs you more. No other way to put it really.
Q: Do you warranty your work?
A: Yes. Here's the thing folks need to understand about kydex gear manufacturing. I don't make the kydex. I don't make the belt loops and clips. I simply mold the holsters and add the clips. If a clip or loops breaks it needs to come back to me so I can then send it back to the supplier. If the kydex breaks I can re-mold the holster for a small fee but again I need the damaged holster to process the claim. So please dont throw it away/give it to your cousin/melt it in the oven. Folks these pieces of gear are made at top quality but they will not last forever, it is important to treat your equipment like you do training. Every few years its a good idea to freshin' up your equipment just like it is your skill sets. There is no one and done when it comes to staying on top of the game.
Q: Do you offer expedited orders?
A: Yes, if we are able to (based on availability of supplies and requested options) There is a $50 dollar expedited order fee associated and that fee may be adjusted based on work load plus all expedited shipping charges involved.
Q: Do you do knife sheaths?

Just keep in mind when you ship anything to us we are both at the mercy of whatever delivery carrier is used, so don't skimp on the insurance.
